Courtyard by Marriott Colorado Springs South

Another great Marriott stay. Room was clean and well put together. The pull out bed was great for additional sleeping space. Big shout out to Nathan who handled the line of people checking in and still provided great hospitality.

I was skeptical to make a reservation here because of the reviews I read but I’m glad I chose this hotel after all. Location is phenomenal, rooms are great (yes the pillows were a bit lumpy but not a big problem that takes away from this place imo), staff is SUPERB, gym is open 24 hours and breakfast is great. I’d definitely return. Staff alone is reason to come back. Nathan handled my reservation/booking with so much care and patience, Kaylene checked us in after allowing us to tour the rooms before we approved them, Adriana was such a doll and was a treat to meet, and Miranda was another pleasure to meet. Everyone was so warm and friendly to us, extremely patient and accommodating and with utmost professionalism. Thank you to you all.

There's parking charge, which seem to be thing in the whole Colorado Springs. I felt the rooms and bathroom were a bit minimalistic, missing some small furniture here and there., but intentionally. I would avoid the front facing rooms due to the bright streetlight of the parking lot that continuously shines into the bedrooms. Dark shades are provided though. Brekfast options were available, with price ranging from $5-12 and the staff was really nice. I did feel the muffins were not 100% fresh.

As others have noted, this location has apparently dramatically improved since their restoration. The location is perfect for being near to everything, but still quiet and secure. And the interior quality (room and common areas) is excellent. Even more importantly, the staff were extraordinary. From initial phone calls with Nathan, whose helpfulness & humor assured our decision for my wife & wife to stay there, to Miranda's additional patient answers to questions we had before we arrived as well as her sparkling personality when we were there, to Priscilla, who wonderfully blocked an ADA room for us that met our needs, and who charmed us with her extraordinary grace and delightful sense of humor, our stay was exceptionally pleasant. All three of them were just wonderful. Even the Bistro was surprisingly good, in both food quality and ambiance. And special kudos to Michael as well, who had to do double-duty as Bistro Host while still handling the Front Desk (short-staffed that day). He was truly a marvel of grace under pressure. We will be returning to this location for our future stays in the Springs. Thank you to all. -- Gary & Cindy

Miranda on the front desk was amazing! I was not feeling well and she made sure if I needed anything. She is the reason my experience in Colorado Springs Marriott was so memorable. We traveled with a sports team, this hotel was a great balance of location, quality, and service. Every staff member was gracious and helpful, going out of their way to make our stay enjoyable. The rooms are larger than other nearby hotels, everything was clean, and the bistro had great food options.

I had a fantastic experience at the Colorado Springs Marriott Courtyard, all thanks to Nathan! He was incredibly friendly and welcoming during check-in, making the process quick and easy. His positive attitude really set the tone for my stay, and I appreciated his helpfulness. It’s rare to get such great service, and Nathan truly made a difference. Highly recommend this hotel and Nathan's excellent customer service!

Room had two queen beds, a couch, work desk, TV, coffee maker, microwave, and small refrigerator. Close to Chili's, Target, and a few other convenient shops. Staff has been wonderful, meeting all my requests with a smile. Very quiet atmosphere, with mostly a business crowd.
